COVID 19 Curbside Services

Introducing full participation in your companion's care by video conferencing from your car.

We have moved to curbside admissions. This means that for everyone's health and safety only your pet will be allowed into our hospital for our full range of veterinary services.

What happens when I arrive for my appointment?
When you arrive, please park as close to our front door as possible and call the clinic at
604-855-6622. Our Receptionist will let you know next steps. Please do not get out of your car or come to the door. All cats must be brought in a carrier. All dogs should be on a leash or in a carrier (if under 20lbs). All birds and exotics must be in a carrier.

Will I be able to participate in my pet's exam?
Yes! When we take your pet from you, we will pass you a safe, sanitized computer tablet. The doctor will be connected with you via a video link while they perform the exam so you are able to interact and ask any questions you may have.

How do I pay for my exam?
Once your visit is concluded, we will return your pet along with any medications and an invoice. We are currently utilizing a wireless PinPad so debit and all credit cards are accepted as normal. We will accept exact change for cash only. Note that payment is still due at the time services are rendered.

What about food or prescription refills?
We are excited to announce that we have the option to order your food & medications online! Simply click here for more information.

We ask that for all food & prescription refills you call in advance so that we can have everything ready for you. The same payment rules apply as with appointments. When you arrive to pick up, please call the clinic and we will bring your items to your car.
